Edit a cell
Click a cell to override the extracted value. The grid marks edited cells. Overrides survive a later reprocess of the same schema. They are cleared if you move the document onto a different schema. Confidence and source page stay visible so you can judge the original extraction. A failed document shows the real error when we have one (for example a schema mismatch). Retry from the grid — a retry of a failure resumes; a reprocess of a completed document starts fresh.Export
Download from the batch toolbar:
Edited cells are what export. The CSV can include original vs final columns when translations or overrides exist.
Open in chat
Open in chat starts an Extract Chat thread with this batch attached. Ask aggregate questions; the assistant can query the live grid.Move a document
Move a finished document to another batch you can edit:- Open the document (or use the move action on the attachment).
- Choose the destination batch.
- Confirm.
- You cannot move a document that is still Processing.
- You cannot move into a canceled batch or a schema-builder test batch.
- Moving to a batch with a different schema clears cell overrides and re-extracts.
- Moving to the same schema keeps your edits and still re-runs extraction (billable, attributed to you).
