# Org Library and Direct Share

> Org Library (enterprise, mod approval) and Direct Share (/share/<token>/).

Two sharing paths sit next to public document links. Both are for **schemas** and **batches** inside your organization.

  **Org Library** is an Enterprise feature. Individual accounts use [public document links](/sharing/public-links) and, where enabled, Direct Share. The **Org Library** sidebar row only appears on enterprise organizations.

## Org Library

1. On a schema or batch, open **Share** → **Share to Org Library**.
2. An organization **Admin** or **Owner** reviews the request under **Mod approvals** (`/organization/?tab=library`).
3. After **Approve**, every member of the organization can see the item in **Org Library** (`/org-library/`) and on the Org Library tab of **Schemas** or **Batch Processing**.

What the share grants:

* **Schema** — organization-wide *view*. Recipients can **clone** a copy into their own list. Editing the original stays with the owner.
* **Batch** — full access as it stands today: open documents, edit cells, add files, reprocess. Treat a shared batch as a shared workspace.

**Reject** or **Kick** removes access. Terminal states do not come back; share again if you need to.

Mods who share their own item skip the pending queue (auto-approved).

## Direct Share

Direct Share is a per-link token for teammates you name, not the whole org.

1. Create a link from the schema or batch **Share** menu (**Share via Link**).
2. Send `https://abacusdocs.com/share/<token>/`.
3. The recipient opens the page, then **Accept** or **Decline**.

Accepted batch links grant the same full access as an approved Org Library batch. Schema recipients can clone. Revoke the link when the collaboration ends.

  The Direct Share token is a secret. Anyone who holds it and is in the organization can accept the grant.
